Hi, I’m Julie Strock. I’m the Children’s Pastor for Northwest Community Church. God called me into ministry in March of 2006 and I became the Children’s Pastor in August of 2007. I have been married to my wonderful husband and best friend, Eddie for 12 years and we have three wonderful and beautiful children, Dusten who is 12, Dakota who is 11 and Jessica who is 7. My position as Children’s Pastor, which I thoroughly love, is a volunteer position; I also volunteer my time at the school where kids go and volunteer as a co-leader for my daughters Girl Scout troop. I love kids, people, reading, organizing, talking, and spending time with my family and a nice Starbucks now and then! :0)

I love what God has done in my life. I don’t always understand it but I know he’s watching out for not only me but my family as well. The first verse I learned when I turned my life over to Christ in December of 1999 was "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 This is the verse I turn to when I need encouragement.
